And we're back

Alaska was awesome. 10 days. Highlights include:

Rob, Jana and Jackson

Swarms of salmon

Seakayaking among glaciers and icebergs

Camping in a field of moss

Getting rescued from said kayaking (we're fine)

and I still managed to average 12 hours of sleep a night for the entire vacation

Pictures and details forthcoming. Not surprisingly, being gone for 10 days means you get swamped at work. And don't try calling me either, apparently phones don't work if you drop them in puddles. Awesome. Text messaging still works. Email, too.

But the pictures are great and we're so happy we got to go. There's even a movie of of going through the ice field. Reminiscent of Star Wars (or Spaceballs). Only the stars are ice. And it's cold. And much slower. And without wookies.
